I Built the Life Everyone Wanted.
Then It Broke Me Open.
I left home at 18, guided by an inner voice that refused to follow the conventional path. What followed was a career that most people can't believe belongs to one person: a music career until 22, an executive trajectory in tech, then "accidentally" becoming a celebrity chef with my own TV show — even competing on Top Chef Spain.
On paper, I had everything. In reality, I was falling apart. Burnout, loss, and a painful divorce left me empty and disconnected from my purpose, my passion, and healthy performance. I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on coaches, therapists, and programs trying to fix what was broken.
The crisis changed, but never truly healed. That's when I realized: true transformation can't come from someone else's formula. It has to be decoded from within.
I circled back to my first love — human behaviour — and began the deepest education of my life. Not to earn another credential, but to understand the complete architecture of what makes us who we are: our genes, our psychology, and our energy.
