Although your DNA won't shed light on your thoughts, feelings, or purpose, it does give us insight into the vehicle (your body) you're using to be the best version of you. A DNA assessment will let us understand how your internal chemistry might react to external stimuli and inform us on the best nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle, sleep, and exercise practices that will support your health and a stronger mind and body for the mindset, emotional, and performance work to be most effective and long-lasting.
